How to Treat a Sinus Infection Naturally

Sinus Infection Cure

On Thursday, I started feeling like I was coming down with something. My head felt like mush and I was beyond, beyond exhausted. I knew I was getting sick – but seriously, I don’t have time to be sick!

OnGuard and Breathe are too of my favorites essential oils– I immediately started using Breathe on my chest to help break up the congestion and OnGuard on the soles of my feet to help boost my immunity.

I started drinking hot water with Lemon and OnGuard and it was not only yummy, but instantly cleared my head and helped me think straight again!

Just add hot water!!

Four days later, and I’m good as new — I am so glad that I discovered essential oils – they have made such a big difference in our lives!

{Pinspired} Yogurt Melts

One of Gracie’s favorite snacks is yogurt snacks – but at $3-4/bag, it gets pricey. And, there are a ton of ingredients – half of which I have no idea what they are.

Gerber Yogurt Melts

While home with her on Monday I decided to try making some myself, and they were surprisingly very easy! I followed these easy steps.

DIY Yogurt Melts!  Once they were on the tray, I popped them in the freezer for a couple hours, and then transferred them to a ziploc baggie! I keep them in the freezer so they don’t melt, and Gracie LOVES these. I tried a couple, and I have to say – they are pretty yummy!

I can’t wait to try them with fruit and veggies mixed in, and I think these would be perfect on a hot summer day :)

Linking up with Annie and Natalie for Thoughts for Thursday!

Tuesday Talk

Can I just start out by saying how much I love having Monday’s off!!! I’m officially dubbing them #mamagracieday

We started our day with an ear check at her pediatrician (clean bill of health and perfect ears – yes!) and then a visit to her chiropractor for her weekly adjustment. I truly credit her adjustments with what has cured her ear infections.

I meal prepped for the week, made Gracie “yogurt melts” (thank you Pinterest!), cleaned and did laundry.

We picked up some Annie Sloane Chalk Paint in “Duck Egg Blue” for the new buffet I bought on Sunday! I love home DIY projects, and know this one will be a fun one :)

We then stopped by our neighbor’s house and spent a couple hours – us moms got to chat and the babes played. I love that our two babies will grow up together and go to school together.

Our weekend was filled with lots of family and play time. Play group with the class of 2032; lunch with the inlaws and Gracie’s Easter photos!

I am now completely exhausted and crossing my crossables that Gracie sleeps allllll night.

All Kinds of Things

Happy Tuesday friends!!
